Free standard shipping
Orders of US$50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Below US$50, standard shipping costs US$6.99. Express and VIP shipping remain paid options at every order value. The qualifying merchandise subtotal is calculated at checkout, excluding shipping charges; discounts may affect eligibility. Equivalent amounts apply when shopping in another currency.
Tracking, delays and customs
After dispatch, use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation or our order-tracking page. Customs, weather and carrier disruptions may delay delivery. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, tracking stops updating, or delivery is marked complete but you have not received it, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Any import taxes or customs charges that are not collected at checkout may be payable to the destination authority or carrier; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
