1. Who we are

Averlynco is operated by GAOZHISHENG TECHNOLOGY INC. These terms apply to use of averlynco.com and purchases from the store, together with our shipping, return and privacy policies. Our registered address is shown below.

2. Orders, products and payments

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Prices, availability and product descriptions are displayed on the relevant product page; delivery charges and applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Discounts follow their stated conditions. We may contact you to resolve an error or availability issue; any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Shipping and free delivery

Standard shipping is US$6.99 below US$50 and free on qualifying orders of US$50 or more. Express shipping is US$8.99 and VIP shipping is US$12.99 for all order values. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. The shipping policy explains processing, qualifying subtotal, currency conversion and delivery enquiries.

4. Returns, refunds and return postage

Request a return within 30 days of receipt under our store policy. Customers pay return shipping, including returns of orders originally shipped free, except where applicable law requires otherwise. No restocking fee applies. The return policy explains eligibility, the confirmed return address, refund processing and statutory rights.

Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. Use the original packaging where available, or a suitable protective box with adequate cushioning. Include all returned accessories and parts, together with a note stating your order number and the items being returned. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the product. Missing original packaging does not, by itself, remove statutory withdrawal or defective-goods rights.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct return shipping and packaging costs, including where the original order qualified for free delivery. Return postage is not prepaid unless we expressly confirm otherwise. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we bear return costs where required by applicable law; contact us for instructions. No restocking fee is charged.

5. Responsible use and intellectual property

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access or infringement of others’ rights. Website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws; permission is required for use beyond what the law allows. If you submit a review, ensure it is accurate, lawful and does not disclose another person’s private information.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Our privacy policy explains personal-data processing. The store uses SHOPLINE and service providers to support shopping, payment and fulfilment. Third-party services may have their own terms; this does not remove our responsibilities to you.

7. Liability, complaints and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protection in your country remains applicable where the law provides it. Contact us first with an order or website complaint so we can seek a practical resolution; your right to seek other lawful remedies remains unaffected.
