3. Shipping and free delivery
Standard shipping is US$6.99 below US$50 and free on qualifying orders of US$50 or more. Express shipping is US$8.99 and VIP shipping is US$12.99 for all order values. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. The shipping policy explains processing, qualifying subtotal, currency conversion and delivery enquiries.
4. Returns, refunds and return postage
Request a return within 30 days of receipt under our store policy. Customers pay return shipping, including returns of orders originally shipped free, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
